The hotel is very new and clean sand the facilities are excellent. The breakfast has sufficient variety to cater for all tastes and the location very scenic and peaceful.

Great place, lovely people and setting.

As usual, comfortable, clean, hotel staff friendly & obliging. Reasonably priced hotel for the area.

The decor is wonderfully relaxing – clean, practical and full of lovely touches. There are plenty of amenities and the staff are really welcoming. It’s in a brilliant spot right by the Plage Vieux in Biarritz.

Fantastic hotel in a lovely quiet area, near to beach, town, restaurants etc.The hosts were out of this world, very friendly, helpful all you could ask for.Great breakfast choice, free towels to borrow for the beach.Go for yourselves to find out.

Great location, amazing staff. Loved the hotel facilities and views of the beach.

Accommodating staff. I thought I had a room with a balcony but it didn't turn out that way. The lady did find a way to give me such a room for the first week of my 3 week stay, and I was grateful. When I had to move it was just across the hall on the same floor. Old fashioned in many ways but suited my style, and I enjoyed my stay. Clean, good service, and excellent location on kind of the main square in Dax. A free navette runs from the train station to the Fontaine Chaude so just a few steps...

Stressful start to our stay. After a very long and hot drive, the welcome we received was most unhelpful. Despite the website stating that there is car parking, we arrived to be told that it was full. No alternatives were offered, not even a map showing where other car parks could be found. The car parks in the town all have height barriers so our car,...

We only use hotels as a stopover on our drive to Spain so we don't get to enjoy the facilities to the full. As we have a dog with us the hotel needs to be dog friendly, that's why we picked this one this time ( we have stayed in Biarritz before but try to stay somewhere different each time ). The receptionist was lovely, very polite and her English was better than our French ! She gave us a map of the area and even offered to babysit the dog if we wanted to go out to a restaurant ( the hotel...

Great last minute stay - great location and wonderful reception welcome!

BLUF - excellent all round - book with confidence. Stayed for one night in transit. Easy to find and close to Autoroute. Off street dedicated parking. Reception was welcoming and efficient. Room was more than adequate for this price point, well appointed and with good bathroom. Efficient aircon. Ours had a spacious balcony. Dinner taken at the restaurant was superb, with attentive and professional servers, excellent food, and good wines. The hotel is quiet (our room faced the road), so...

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
