"A lovely hotel with spacious, stylish and modern rooms. The rooftop pool and bar were lovely and had a great view. The local area that the hotel was located was perfect as it was very close to restaurants, bars, the beach and shops. Overall a great experience and would recommend.
A few improvements would be to have a member of staff at the pool as the pool etiquette from other guests wasn’t good (people diving in the pool and lots of used towels left out). We also need somewhere in the rooms...

"Lovely location. Great gardens and swimming pool area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff in particular couldn’t do enough to help you. Nice cliff top walk down to St Jean de Luz. All in all, we had a very pleasant two night stay here. Could have stayed longer!"

"The location of the hotel is ok. Nice staff member, but it's definitely not a 3 star hotel. No kettle, no tissues, very weak wifi, very small room (number 1). I hurt myself each time I go past the window handle. Too close to bed. There is no door between room and bathroom. It was also very cold in the toilet, separated from room. "
