"Disgusting, stains everywhere and towels and sheets had grey residue. Included soap was bad and there wasn’t enough of it. AC was intermittent and everything was rusted. Terrible area as well. Cheap though, but you get what you pay for."

"The hotel was decent overall. I will say the lobby felt more modern compared to the Hyatt. We only stayed one night and had an event before 2 PM, so we requested early check-in, but they weren’t able to accommodate us due to how busy it was. The room itself was fine—nothing special—but the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell. Our bathtub looked worn down, and when we tried to turn on the water, there was barely any flow. We attempted to contact the front desk but didn’t get a response. The next morning, staff said they would reset it, but when we followed up, nothing had been done. Eventually, they moved us to a different room with a working shower."
