The whole experience staying at Four Seasons Tamarindo was exceptional. My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and from the minute we stepped off the plane, we were treated like royalty. The staff are incredible and so accommodating, everyone remembering your name and allergies. The food is some of the best we’ve ever had, and the rooms and grounds of the hotel are the best we’ve ever seen. Could not recommend this hotel more!

Excellent hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. Probably the best hotel in the town. Centre only a five minute walk. Would recommend to others intending to go to the town.

The completed rooms are large - mine contained two queen beds plus a desk/sideboard, rack for my suitcase, plus balcony with two chairs. The A/C worked well and the ceiling fan wasn’t needed. The bathroom was well equipped- lots of hot waters and efficient shower. Only drawback was that staircase was open to lower floor...

Ray who checked us in was excellent, spoke very good English and very helpful. I had a problem with my water and the next day it was sorted and I was moved to a larger room with hot water. Early check unappreciated big room with two beds and separate bathroom plus walled balcony with table and two chairs right on the ocean. despite position not noisy once kids in bed. Ate at posh restaurant next door - watched sunset from balcony table with a couple of beers then went inside to eat as bugs were biting. Well cooked meal with onion soup to start then beef prices competitive. Overall thoroughly recommended
