"Clean rooms, great air conditioning. Nice pool. Evening entertainment was fine. staff not very friendly, specially restaurant staff started fooling around with us when they ran out of cutlery during chaotic breakfast hour. Upon raising voice with couple of them they got it out from their stash they were sitting on. Not pleasant, felt racism at one point."

"Très bon séjour au sein de l’hôtel. Emplacement Top, aménagement très bien, propreté très bien, personnel très agr éable. Un très bon séjour en famille. Quelques points méritent une petite amélioration : - Animation : moyen, il y a surement mieux à faire pour la journée - soucis des ascenseurs parfois très très long selon les horaires. Merci Alba Seleqtta pour nos très bonnes vacances !"

Costa Encantada Suites & Resort

"The rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The buffet was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the price. We paid around £480 for the night, and although we enjoyed our stay, I simply don't think the hotel experience justified that level of pricing. In my view, around £300 per night would have been much more appropriate for this type of hotel. That said, I appreciate we stayed during peak August season and booked at relatively short notice, which will obviously have influenced the rate. Overall, a very good family hotel with excellent rooms and a good buffet, just significantly overpriced for our stay."
