The hotel is nicely situated, and staff was ready and helpful in securing parking. The public spaces are welcoming, spacious and cosy. The breakfast alone is worth staying here--unbelievable. We stayed in many similar hotels during our visit of Tuscany, and this breakfast is EPIC. What a lovely way to start the day!

Everything about this hotel was fabulous! Very helpful and friendly staff, beautiful spacious room with an amazing view, and the food!!! Breakfast, happy hour and night time cookie snacks - all just the best. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Would definitely stay here again!

What stood out most is the staff. Very friendly, welcoming, professional, helpful and genuine in their everyday interactions with guests. We got help parking our car upon arrival, enjoyed their daily happy hour and dessert offerings, and their daily included breakfast was simply amazing! The charm of the hotel decor, and the beautiful view of the Tuscan hills from our corner suite made it feel like we were transported in time. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and 1 hour day trip drives to other towns made this hotel an ideal base for our week long stay. Highly recommend!

This was such a beautiful place! We loved everything about it. The staff made us feel like we were at home with family. It was decorated so beautifully and our room was perfect!
