The room was clean. The sink in the kitchenette was plugged and the microwave buttons didnt work. Our room faced the pool so you would smell strong chlorine smell. Its was ok for us not staying long.

The equipment in the gym did not work. The guy checking in was nice and good. The other lady and the guy checking out wasn't too friendly. Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark
We had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expedia’s screw up all day long!
