"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."

"This place is around a 10 minute walk from the metro which was ok for us as it was easy to get to and from each day. One of the biggest disappointments is that we weren’t told about works occurring on the building that would literally be happening outside the window, meaning we couldn’t use the balcony or open the windows. The AC also wouldn’t turn on and above the AC there was a huge amount of mould that was visible. The draining of the shower was awful, we’d have to wait for the water...

"A few things. We stayed for two nights. The rooms are alright - as shown in photos. Nothing was wrong with the room, it's just everything else that's out of touch with this hotel. You have to leave a security deposit in cash (since they don't do holds on credit card). The closest ATM is about 900m away although the area is really sketchy so walking at 11pm hunting for a working ATM wasn't the greatest. You have a kitchenette but it's 50Euros to use it. "The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very nice. Good choice of breakfast. It's about 25 min drive from Lin airport. So you need a taxi to get to the hotel which cost around 40 euros. The bus is across the street which will take you to metro station, etc. If you get ATM Milano app, you can purchase daily, 3 days or monthly pass only for Milan which gives you access to all the trams, busses and metros. If you are going to the other cities, you can easily take a metro to go to the centra train station. The hotel will also help you as how to get there. "
