"so this property charges per person not per room. i got a double room for me and my wife and my 11 year old and got 2 beds in the room since we were from a different country they tried to charge us for my 11 year old. i refused to pay and said to refund me my money and until now they have refused to refund me they are scam artists especially if you’re not from Spain. "Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season.
