"Restroom was not cleaned thoroughly. Found dirty panties in restroom. They offered to move us to another room but we had already settled in. But they did come and re-clean the restroom really good "

"Staff were friendly, quick to attend us, and very helpful when we asked for suggestions to eat around the area. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy to sleep in."

"Decent size room but the building and furnitures are obviously outdated. Yes, they did paint the suite but I think.it was just to hide the age of the building. We saw few cockroaches in the room. But surprisingly, the room did not smell bad. When I booked thru expedia, it says the room is situated in the first floor but to our surprise when we checked in, we are assigned to a third floor room, and there is no elevator. So, if your group is composed of elderly and or you have a lot of stuffs to unload/load-make sure to call ahead of time or else it will be a struggle. When we checked in the room, there were only 3 pillows(2normal size and a tiny one), despite the fact that we booked for 2 adults and 2 13 yr old. We did asked for 3 more, and they gave it to us though-but it is supposedly in place without the need to ask for more. The bathroom is very tiny for an american standard hotel or inn. I can't even put the rest of our toiletries due to no space in the counter sink. There was no toilet paper holder and we have to find a place for the whole roll not to get wet beside the sink. The main door lock doesn't look safe at all.The parking is free but very tight, especially for us who is driving a truck. Good thing is, most of the staff are approachable and friendly. Overall, I think for the price-it is not worth it. Well, what you are paying mainly is not the hotel itself but the location- it's closeness to the beach. I might have to look and try somewhere else in the future"

"I very disappointed in our stay. The hot tub had brown foam and hair swirling on the first night when we went down which was disgusting. You had to lift up the toilet seat in our room so that the door would clear and could be shut. Lastly the hotel staff called and woke us at 10:45 PM to notify us of a balance the night before our check out. When we went down in the morning we were told that it was “hotel policy”. Considering the rate that is charged I would have expected a clean space and better consideration of their guests. "
