Coronel Cornejo Trip

Likes: *The location, not right on the strip, but not far either. * The convenient monorail connection * Great Live band in the Casino area! * Front desk was kind Dislikes: 👎 *The room litterally smelled like urine as soon as we walked in. Bathroom/ sink/ shower water smelled putrid when you turned the water on. * Drinks were the worst, and most expensive drinks I've ever had at a Casino in Vegas, and I've stayed at at least half a dozen different locations. * You have no choice but to pay for 2 entire days at the parking garage even if you're staying for just one night.

The concierge Cherie was awesome, friendly, helpful and made excellent recommendations. She was a highlight of our stay. The Boa restaurant was the absolute best dining experience of our lives. Seriously We celebrated our 50th anniversary there and could not have been more pleased!

Nickle and dime guests

At checkout, the in-property allowance wasn't calculated correctly in the total due during self checkout. Be sure the check your account very carefully.

The shower clogged multiple times and called the front desk a couple times and they never came. Said the order was canceled and I never asked for a cancellation. I asked for additional towels to help with the flood, but never came. Disappointing.
