Absolutely excellent staff, especially the servers in the restaurant. A little more proper training and they would be absolute All-Stars. For such a well designed and beautiful facility, Management could do better making sure windows are clean, shrubbery is properly watered, etc. Overall, it was a really good visit.

Great hotel. For those wanting to scuba there is a diving center associated with the hotel. A speed boat departs directly from hotel, getting you to the dive location before other large companies. Your small group will have access to the locations before others arrive. The BBQ spot by the pool offers yummy food. Great place for those with families but with three pools and a kid area it’s also great for those without kids. Spa and an activity area allows you to be entertained at the hotel. They also provide easy booking to day tours and whatever you may need.

Great location. There are always tricycles outside the resort to take you into town for 30 PHP person. Or you can take the free hotel shuttle into town but only runs in the evening. Rooms and pools were very nice and clean. Gym area was a bit small. There was an entertainment area with ping pong, pool, and foosball. Did not use the spa so can’t comment on that. The buffet breakfast was good with lots of different options. We had lunch at the restaurant one afternoon and it took an hour to get our food so that part was disappointing. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. I was with a group of 11 people ranging in age from 5 to 73. Would stay here again.
