"They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room
-the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh.
The flooring need cleaning
The electronic not functional period.
The bathroom shower dirty.
The walls was stripping and needs of painting.
The windows shows mold and grime
No bathroom soap was provides
The kitchen no soap was provides until later the following day smh. Things to wash pons and plates wasnt...

"The rooms and spa beach were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Andrea, Zaria, philipa, Alex, Mesha, Kayla, Paula, Michaela, Ashley, and Rochsa. Zaria and Philipa made our stay truly memorable by changing our room to a more suitable one and fulfilling my sister's dream with a floating breakfast in the pool. Thank you all!"
"I loved this property. It was almost perfect as the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so nice, especially in the restaurants. They should consider a few upgrades and have a cleaning checklist to make sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned, otherwise this was such a wonderful place."

The pool wasnt in the yard, the pool that was shown like it was on the property but had to drive a far distance to reach it and the pool was a mass wasnt clean or anything "
