"Slightly dated but had a nice feel. Marble, physical room keys and large wardrobe took me back. We had a large junior suite at a reasonable price. Separate double sink area and toilet, bidet, bath and shower. 15 minute walk through the park and over the bridge to the centre of town. OK for us but not so good for less mobile. Free soft drinks from mini bar if you skip room cleaning. One strange thing was that turning off lights by the bed also turned off the USB and mains sockets so phone did not charge overnight."

"The room is clean and very nice. Staff are professional and nice. Very quiet for being on a busy street and near the train station. The hotel has a nice lobby bar to enjoy a drink and relax after a busy day sightseeing. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Pros: Friendly staff Location easy to find Inexpensive self-park garage Rooms well-designed and clean Breakfast included Cons: Location is a bit outside the central part of downtown where we spent most of our time Loud activity on ground level in alley at night, maybe some drug use involved Shower was built into room with frosted glass so that if bathroom light was turned on, it illuminated the whole room It was a longer walk through not as nice of a neighborhood to get back from our time spent shopping and dining downtown Overall: we enjoyed our stay and felt the value was worth the extra walk to/from the main business district."

"Amazing location on Piazza del Duomo right next door to the beautiful Baptistry. Helpful reception staff who “upgraded” my room (I didn’t need extra bed). My room overlooked wisteria-filled courtyard and was very quiet (some rooms have view of Duomo). Breakfast served in nearby cafe. Traditional furnishings and spacious bedroom with kitchenette in corner, but awkwardly tiny bathroom with clunky old shower over bath."
