"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern, a very nice place to stay. The problem for me was the air conditioning unit which was located inside the room and looking to the bed (1 feet apart) and was very noisy. We were here for my kid graduation and we were traveling from and to Miami, so we really need to rest at night, and that was imposible. All the other things were great. But we are not using this hotel again, it does not make any sense a hotel were you can't have a good rest at night. "

"I stayed at this hotel for my son's graduation from college. Since my husband is a Wyndham rewards member, we chose to stay here. When I made my reservation, I asked for a handicap room and a chair for the shower, as my husband is an amputee. The Reservation had all my contact information, yet it wasn't till I arrived that I was informed that there was no handicap shower chair on the premises. Since at such a late date, there were no other rooms available at an adjacent hotel, I was forced to purchase a folding chair at a local Target store. I was willing to make the best of a bad situation until after the first night in the hotel another issue arose. When I awoke the next morning, there was water all over the floor. apparently, the air conditioner or the humidifier was leaking??? I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would take care of it. Obviously, it had been leaking for some time, if in fact that was where the water was coming from because all the tiles on the floor had huge gaps between them. Needless to say, all that was done was the floor had been mopped up. Only to have the same leak the next day. We chose to check out early and go home after the graduation as, I was concerned that my husband on crutches in the middle of the night would slip and fall. Of course, since it was after the checkout time we still had to pay for the extra night. Needless to say, being a Wyndham property, I will rethink my membership."

"Horrible hotel. Travelocity listing says free on site parking. I was told to provide credit card for incidentals and was charged a parking fee without my authorization. Hotel staff was not helpful and there is no manager to speak of. Also, hotel shuttle is not reliable. Hotel room itself is ok but not worth the almost 400 dollars they charge during the time of my stay. "

"My favorite place to stay in Gainesville. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of options for breakfast and a complimentary happy hour Monday through Wednesday."
