No explanation given why we have this room basically with no locking system in place knowing we have kids in that room . Obviously no refund given or apologies as we been getting to different rooms as nothing happened Overall hotel is not bad but needs just a touch of maintenance "

"The Management has an outstanding costumer service because he goes far and behind to ensure safety of his customers. I would recommend anyone to experience the beauty of small town Schio. The public transportation to big cities is available by train. The quiet town has many coffee shops with fine coffee, hot chocolate and pastries. The pizza and food is tasty. The hotel room is very clean with a good breakfast. The surrounding mountain is beautiful. You can walk or run and experience the beautiful surroundings. "The room was great. The host made sure we were able get into the building & room. There was a coffee machine, a small fridge w/2 water bottles & a couple of snacks. The only fown side was it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We had 3 heavy luggages."
