Room was perfect, v clean and modern, free toiletries and we were v grateful of the daily water and the complimentary bottle of wine and basket of fruit on arrival - nice touch! "This is our second stay, in June, 2 years in a row. The room was lovely as it was the year before. We were able to get a swim up room this year and loved it. We never had what some others have mentioned, lack of hot water in the shower. The food at the breakfast buffet was wonderful and not exactly the same every day, very thankful for that. Lucata for my birthday dinner was unbelievably good and service in all restaurants was top notch. The building numbers and elevators can be a bit confusing but once you get it, it's easy. Parking can be tricky but the staff is so accomadating and all you have to do is ask for assistance. Pool area is wonderful, lobby bar has the best sunset views. 10 out of 10. We cannot wait to return"
