"i cannot say that our check out experience went smoothly after an excessively long wait due to a mistake by the staff at the check in who did not register our security deposit as being paid. this resulted in me having to wait over half an hour in order for their accounts to confirm it was paid. however, after all that i still had to pay for incidentals despite the fact the authorization was confirmed. to cut a long story short incompetence which the guest had to pay for in time and frustration "

"Noise , unfortunately the hotel was incredibly noisy until 5am due to a school party! This is not the first time this has been a big problem. At 6am the cleaners started and it felt like they were actually in my room. I have stayed at the Arion several times before in the past few years and not had a problem but this year it is unacceptable. Such a shame."

"The hotel was as we expected from reading past reviews, old and quirky but clean , everything in the bedroom was perfectly clean, bedding was fresh and white and changed more often than needed to be including towels. Breakfast was great, everything you could want and everything was replenished as soon as it ran out.Staff were all helpful and a very convenient location to stay in, just a short walk to everything you need and plentiful restaurants nearby."
