Had an amazing time for the one day we were here... so close to all of the historical sites... and parking ! Had a lovely drink in the bar with Miguel, but all staff were so helpful .. breakfast on the patio was such a treat and of course splendid weather

Hotel very nice inside. A/c pretty good in rooms and great in hotel main area. Breakfast very good, extensive options for all with hot and cold. Location 5-7 min walk in to the Jewish Quarter and 10 minutes to the Mezquita/Cathedral tourist areas. Relatively easy to find with Google Maps. Good self parking below if reserve ahead.

Antonio in reception was great. Hotel is well located, the breakfast was wonderful. Would have given 5 stars but the A/C was weak and the room had an awful musty smell.

We stayed 1 night…. Fast check in and out… the receptionist spoke English, she was very helpful with the infos about parking and area around. Very good location, near old historic town. We found free parking on the street , just behind the hotel. The hotel has a private $ parking, 17EUR / night. Good price for the room ( 85 CAD$/ night) probably because it was off season( January 2025).

The hotel has its plusses and minuses. The location is great. Having an underground parking is a big plus. The buffet is one of the best we have seen. At the same time the rooms are rather small, with tiny closets, limited light and the windows from 3 adjacent rooms facing the same open well in the middle create some claustrophobic atmosphere.

Ok but lacks character, nothing to rave about

Hotel is in a location walkable for both Centro and the mezquite. Room was ok, it does have a bit of a tired feel. Bed is big but uncomfortable. I felt like I could feel metal rails. Entire hotel lacks character, but ok if you love white and beige with zero decor. Parking, which is the sole reason I booked the hotel, is first come first served and very limited. Took us 30 minutes of driving around to find a place to leave it over night. So that was incredibly frustrating. All parking lots in the area were full.
