"Clean place, horrible uncomfortable bed"

"Nice stay for a quick overnight stop. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed appetizers on the veranda before walking around to find diner. Came back for a nightcap at the bar, don't skip the chocolate cake! The only disappointment was the coffe shop was closed the next morning (Sunday), it smelled delicious and had us sesrching for a coffee elsewhere that morning. "

We immediately packed up and went to the front for a refund and left to go to another motel. Also, there seemed to be unusual clientele coming and going ?? Because we booked with Expedia we had to get a refund with them and our friend with the adjoining room paid cash and he was refunded his $ right away…. We however, kept having to call and eventually had to dispute the charge with our Credit card to get our refund…. Also. I believe the reviews we read about the motel were not true! "
