Coram Trip

The hotel is great location, dated and we were here on the hottest weekend but the window ac in room never got below 80 degrees. Location, cleanliness and staff were amazing.

The location is perfect for walking to Time Square plus if you don't want the hotel breakfast, Dunkin Donuts is across the street. Close to plenty of cafes. The rooms were very nice as well. However, if room is being shared, the bathroom door is stained frosted glass. Supposedly, you can't see through, but no real privacy. I will definitely stay again.

Clean room, great location, friendly staff and great atmosphere

The hotel needs AC yes the room were cold but lobby and resturant were way too hot and elevators had zero ventilation we stayed on the 27th floor it was ridiculously hot in the elevators and I could only imagine if someone gets stuck in the elevator how scary it would be just the idea of no air or anything inside is scary

Only one thing,as a frequent visitor to NYC my stay in Kixby was not so restful at night because the air conditioning unit was beside my bed and air was blowing down on me I practically have to cover my face with pillows to sleep. But the mattress and covers were soft and warm enough which allowed me to have some sleep other than that, I loved how housekeeping responded quickly when I asked for something. Shower was invigorating. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Thanks. Love NYC always
