"Overall, our stay at Plunge Beach Resort was okay, but it didn’t quite match the impression from the photos. One thing that was disappointing was that you still have to cross the street to get to the beach, which was something we specifically hoped to avoid when booking, especially with young children. The vibe also leaned much more adult/party-oriented than we expected. It may be a great fit for adults looking for a more lively atmosphere, but it wasn’t quite the relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for as a family traveling with kids. We also had ongoing issues with the hot water in our room. Staff did send someone to check it, which we appreciated, but the water never really got hotter than lukewarm. After long beach days with kids, not being able to take a genuinely hot shower was definitely disappointing. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient to Lauderdale by the Sea, but overall I think the hotel feels a little different in person than how it’s portrayed online."

"Great location close to FLL airport and cruise docks. The cafe and restaurant “Deep” foods are great. Staff is friendly and welcoming throughout the entire facility. "

"The staff was very accommodating and helpful on arrival with a prompt upgrade because of unforeseen circumstances. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast selections were somewhat limited but still desirable selection. Overall the staff was was very approachable."
