"Great service overall! I felt very welcomed!"

"Very disappointed with our stay. We had stayed here twice before and the overall care and attention to the simple basic room needs for guests were not met. Took 4 trips to the front desk to even get cards to open the door. Was a fault with the machine on the door. Aircon not working after night two became unbearable group had to move rooms only to have rain drip on their heads over night. Not once were the rooms completely replenished of basic necessities. Ie. towels, then a floor mat for the shower, toilet paper, water, tea, milk. We had to daily ask for something the staff had forgotten. My bed sheets were pilled to the point it felt like I was sleeping on sand. After day 5 we gave up asking for the basic necessities and just worked around what we had. Travelled with a group coming for a special occasion and the stay put a huge damper on the holiday having to come back to your room, no toilet paper, no water, no soap. You go on holiday to relax, and trust the hotel takes cares of basic needs. This is a Hilton branded hotel, guests should expect better. Understand it’s a chilled vibe at the island resorts, however believe it or not guests still need toilet paper. It’s basic room service."

"The room was pretty basic and clean, but the property felt old and tired. While I didn't see any bugs, it kind of had the feeling of a roach hotel, so I slept with the lights on. I paid for in-room Wi-Fi, but it didn't work 95% of the time. Service in the dining room was very, very slow. On the bright side, it was very convenient to the airport, within walking distance, but with a free shuttle that drops off / picks up at the terminal. I woke up at 3am and found that the running water had been shut off, but it was back on by 4am, in time for a nice hot shower."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location for short stays. Pool was great and had a great spa treatment. It can be quite noisy outside because it’s on the main road , best to wear earplugs. Overall highly recommend "

"A handy location right next to the Nadi International Airport- 3 mins across the road by complimentary hotel shuttle bus. Loved the well equipped gym - and their very impressive masseur, Priya at the Tokatoka Spa - she gave me one of the best back and shoulders massage I’ve ever had which I didn’t expect at all - and was very professional and super polite ! What an asset ! On the food front,don’t plan to eat at the restaurant if you have some level of expectation - I’m not a fussy eater but found myself reacting to the new menu which, unlike previous ones , is limited with very few uninspiring entrees & mains. I’ve used this hotel for years and the food standards have dropped quite noticeably. You could try next door at the Gateway or head towards town for other restaurants. Top marks to Tokatoka for the staff hospitality - from their porters and reception to the restaurant, bar and ground/ maintenance, their welcoming attitude, initiative and helpfulness made the stay worth it."
