Upon arrival during bedtime I pulled out the sofa-bed an it had blood stains a dirty. I have the video to prove it. I spoke with the manager who offered me a 15% return upon check out which I never got.

Boardwalk Suites & Residences By Kasa
We traveled during late winter so price was excellent. Room was fresh and modern. Very easy access and check in. I will definitely stay again.
