The service at the front desk was ok. Service at the restaurant was very good breakfast was pretty descent but the hotel itself was very humid and dirty, toilet in the bathroom was not really flushing properly.

This was a lovely location close to all the attractions in Copan. The room was simple but very nice and had the basic amenities to make our stay pleasant. The pool was stunning and crystal clear. However, the hot tub and grounds were not well kept. The included breakfast was delicious but the dining room was closed for lunch and dinner.

This reservation was made in error. It was meant for next month. I reached out to both hotel and Expedia to explain our circumstances but never received a response from anyone. Was eager to book for next month but feel very inhospitable.

It is close to Maya Ruinas, just check everything to make sure there is nothing damaged and report it, otherwise they will charge you. I did not report the lid of a toilet and they charged me, and they charge you for the labor too

I really liked the receptionist. Very kind and knowledgeable of the area and activities around. I loved the service people, especially at the restaurant. Very attentive and kind. The hotel is under exterior renovation so it wasn’t at its best but I understand that eventually it will be better. A lot of maintenance and general cleaning is needed, but I was happy to see regular maintenance being provided to the pool. Pool furniture has to be replaced as it was torn and dirty.

Great place nearby the town and ruins. Very safe and clean. Staff was exceptional. The room included a complete hot breakfast. This hotel is suitable for families with children and is one of the few hotels with a swimming pool in the area. Will definitely come again.

Rather special hotel in Copan.
Good location away from centre of Copan. Lovely garden setting. Very comfortable beds. Nice amenities. Helpful, friendly staff.

My family and I had a marvelous two night stay. The facilities and staff were wonderful. Location is within walking distance to both the town and the ruins. I would certainly return.

Me dieron una habitacion frente a la piscina pero en la piscina tenian un evento con musica altisima, mi hija de 3 anos no pudo dormir, llame a recepcion y me dijeron que no podian hacer nada. nos queriamos ir pero a esa hora de la noche era muy complicado. el evento termino a las 2 am
