"Horrible!!! Got to hotel early 10:00 because of early flight. Check in is 3:00, room ready at 4:00, told check in starts at 3:00 and is not a guaranteed time. Doors in room hard to open or close because they are stuck to floor. Room booked for 4 got towels for 2. No iron and steamer not working; ..."
