"Our stay at the Hilton Providence was not pleasant. I believe the hotel is under construction. There was no lobby, just a temporary entrance, the elevators sheathed in brown paper, a warren of rooms with no signage on the main floor and our room devoid of amenities. No coffee cubes, a coffee machine that needed repair even to make decaf tea, dismal furnishings, no fan in the bathroom. We should’ve been advised that this was not the time to stay there. The only thing to recommend it was a nice concierge who was trying to lesson our dissatisfaction."

"Very nice accommodations and friendly staff. Rooms were well furnished. One small complimentary item that could be added. A couple bottled waters waiting for guests would be nice."

"All aspects of our stay were effortless. The location makes it easy to get around in Providence. The onsite restaurant is good and the staff were all lovely. My daughter lived the indoor pool. Overall, it’s a great location. "

"Front desk staff was practically never around and never answered the phone. Blankets were very thin despite cold weather. I recommend requesting several. Nice building and amenities. Breakfast was meh"
