Cooper Jack Bay Settlement Trip

The majority of the staff was very friendly. The restaurant on- site has a limited menu and your experience will depend on who your server is. Some were not happy people. This resort needs an activity night every night or some fun things to do l, especially with kids. The rooms were beautiful, clean and the washer / dryer was a plus! Very nice resort but food and activity choices need some improvements.

My issue was paying more for the room (about $1k/per night) with the swim-up pool, thinking it was exclusive/private to those who paid more for that type of room, but come to find out, that pool was for all hotel guests. That should be disclosed when booking. Nowhere online is that specified. Had I known, I would have booked the cheapest room there & use the swim-up pool, since it’s accessible to all hotel guests. But I over-spent on that room for nothing. Felt misled. So. Don’t spend the extra money on the room with the swim-up pool. Save your money, book a cheaper room & you can still use that same pool that others paid more for.

Beautiful room with view of pool and ocean. Friendly and helpful staff. Short distance to restaurants and shops. No hot tub. Mosquitos were active and made outdoor activities not enjoyable.

My experience was amazing. The property was as advertised, stunning and clean in every way. The entire staff from the managers, front office, ancillary staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. The staff accommodated all my requests to ensure my comfort. The food was also great, I definitely recommend shore club and will surely visit again.
