"Restaurant was closed since Covid. Toilets were “low pressure” and didn’t flush. Elevator stopped working while we were there. Mattress was very tired. Sadly,would not recommend."

"It’s very very clean love it. The beds are comfortable. The sheets are fresh. Everything is very up-to-date. Also, breakfast is not included, but the breakfast is amazing. I’m pretty sure it’s a mom and pops place. "

"The staff was great. We got there well before check in because we had to work that day and they found us a room although there was a $50 early check in which the room wouldn’t be occupied all day so I don’t see the need in that. The blackout curtains didn’t work in the room we had to use a pants hanger to keep them closed and after a day of being out in Barrie our room wasn’t made up the hot tub was more of a warm tub which I don’t know if it’s just because we went there later in the night. Overall mediocre experience but great staff."

"The hotel was comfortable and the beds were great. However when we booked the room was advertised as “renovated” and I found the shower a little dirty and stained. Also we were there for a dance competition and were excited about the back-lit mirror for makeup application but our light was not working. Our floor was stinky because people were smoking in their room."

"Check in took some time as there was only one person at the desk but she was great and helpful and very informative. The cleanliness in the rooms could use some improvement. Especially in the bathroom . But overall our stay was good as it was just for sleeping because we were there for a wedding . SHUTTLE Bus driver was super friendly funny and patient . Thank you !!!"

"The room was not very clean at all, especially the bathroom. hair on the floor, sink and shower. not impressed, especially for cost of a room and how new the hotel is. the sheets were so uncomfortable, not soft or good quality"
