"Breakfast was good, staff was super helpful, and rooms were comfy. Does have construction going on across the street, but we really didn't notice too much noise. Could walk into the bar/restaurant areas of Bloomington. "

"I can’t believe in 2026 you do not have access to Netflix or any streaming services on the TV. I was told I needed an HDMI cable to do so. Also, housekeeping was terrible. They gave us fresh towels and emptied the garbage. That was it. Left us with dirty glasses and I guess dressing the beds is a thing of the past!! "

"The room was dirty. There we blood stains on the bed and what looked like shedding from bed bugs when I looked them up. I don’t think the blankets had been washed. Stains on the carpet. I was in the room for only twenty minutes when I started noticing more and more things. I showed pictures to the staff and they offered me a refund and a different room for free. I decided not to stay there at all after that. It ruined my plans for that night and the next day. I still have not received my refund for the room or for the $50 damage fee that they adding on while checking in."
