This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at for the affordable price. Everything was so clean, well maintained, and even a box of Kleenex! The only problem were the noisy partying neighbors - but that's not the hotel's fault.

I booked 2 nights. I checked in, got all my belongings to the room. The phone rang. Front desk saying they need it for another guest. They moved me to different room. The second room was flooded, I'm guessing due to the a/c. I had to move again. That was just the first night. I left for my event, I came back to being locked out of my room. I definitely won't be back to this hotel.

Our room had an extremely loud air conditioner. Sleeping was more than difficult as with it off the room was too hot, and with it on the whistling and sheer noise kept us awake. The rooms were very nice, Updated and comfortable. The hair dryer did not work but we got one from the front desk.

Property has had some frumpy renovations in recent years but the 2 rooms that my family had reserved showed quite a bit of wear and tear. The tub had hair all over the shower walls. The rooms both had a noticeable funk. The drain in one room was broken so the top of the stopper is broken off to help keep the drain held open. Neither tub drained well at all. Overall have stayed at better places

I was at the property a total of 10 minutes. Lots of dog crap in the parking lot. The room had smashed roaches on the floor. The hot tub had dead bugs in it. Missing light bulbs. The refrigerator had mold and standing water in it. We walked right back out drove to the front desk. Paid through Expedited so they are the 3rd party responsible for the refund. The Expedia telehelp I called said I would get a refund. We will see. It’s been nearly 48 hours and no refund. Gross place don’t recommend.

This is our 4th and final stay at this property. The hotel itself is fine. It's a clean place to stay. The issue, is the partying at the pool. No issue with a good party, but to be drunk with glass bottles and cursing in front of little kids ruined this place for us. When one of the other guests complained, one of the staff members went out and joined the party.
