"The location is amazing, each room has a view of the volcano. However, this means the one window receives direct sunlight most of the day, and with just one small part of the window actually able to be opened, it gets very hot in the room. We also could not leave this window open at night due to the bonfire lit right outside. And there is no fan. So we had a miserable night’s sleep.
Again, the location made it worth it, but I’m glad we only stayed one night. "

"First time in Puebla and guessed where would be convenient to our event. The hotel was as pictured. We are non-Spanish speakers with only a minimum of words. The check-in was quick and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was. Spacious and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The pool area was very nice. The room service was good and affordable and there was a fully stocked refrigerator with snacks and drinks drinks for much less than in the US. This is a sustainable hotel with LEDs, solar and other energy/resource saving measures. We felt safe throughout the trip and there is 24hr security on site"
