"We were unaware that the building is under construction
The lobby was tiny and messy with one working elevator
When I asked for a fork they grabbed an open cup with utensils they had next to them where the dust was falling into

"Perfect place to stay if you have appointments at the consulate. Clean and comfortable beds. Only negative to mention is that several of the rooms do not have windows. The sister hotel, also called the Mesaluna, has a pool that you have access to. Both are great properties and BOTH easily walkable to the consulate."
