"Good accommodation, location and excellent parking. Nice easy walk down to the town to a huge range of restaurants. The hotel is very comfortable but could really do with an extractor fan in the bathroom, appreciate it’s probably due to being listed. Also very odd there is no additional deadlock or chain on the door, would have been nice for peace of mind. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great at getting everyone e seated and fresh food coming even towards the end of service."

"Great hotel overlooking Fistral beach with its own on-site surf school. Great amenities, food, facilities and staff. We stayed with teenagers during half-term so it was very busy but the staff were excellent from reception to breakfast. The teenagers had surf lessons and the school staff were very helpful. Shout out to Isaac the surf instructor who was brilliant."

"Firstly I just want to say thank you to Maggie, she was absolutely fantastic!! We booked the room with a sea view, and it was an unreal view. Lovely high ceilings, a beautiful building. Some parts of the hotel were closed because of renovations, so if I came back I’d do it next year when they’re complete. Elemis products in the bathroom, very nice touch. A lovely bath tub. The view is unmatched, if you book, get a sea view room! There was a wedding on, which limited where we could go in the property during the evening, but it wasn’t much of a problem. We ate at the restaurant and the wine was great, I ordered a pizza which had too much cheese on, but overall an OK experience. The best parts were the view, the high ceilings, and Maggie!! :)"

"The view from our Family Room with Sea View was amazing. Our 6yr loved the bunk beds and the pool. The room was nicely furnished and kept to a good standard. The breakfast was a continental with a reasonable selection. There is the option to pay for cooked alternatives if you wish. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay."

"Despite being at the hotel during a bad storm we had a good stay. We made use of the pool and poolside amenities with our 6 yr old who enjoyed it. We ate at the Brasserie and had the best meal we’ve had for a long time - it was expensive, but worth it. Our room was clean and well presented; it was a luxury family room with a sun deck. All the staff we interacted with were polite, helpful and positive. We’d definitely stay again and recommend."
