I appreciate your feedback but I'm sorry to know you were so displeased with your stay. When I checked you out on the morning of your departure, you never mentioned any of the issues you describe. I wish we had been given the opportunity to address them while you were here. We would have been happy to provide you with information on area attractions including restaurants and shopping which are within walking distance of the hotel. As well, we don't typically have any issues with lack of hot water, so although I'm not sure why you experienced that problem, we would have certainly had our maintenance staff resolve it for you along with the slow drain if we had been given the chance to do so. I agree that our parking situation needs improved, but the good news is that it will be done in the coming months. The lot will be reconfigured and paved in conjunction with the building of our new restaurant and Event Center currently under construction next to the hotel. We're doing our best to get it completed as quickly as possible. As far as the pet fee, since you booked and paid for your room & tax with a third party provider, you gave us your card at check-in for incidentals which includes the pet fee and so it was charged at check-out for that fee. I don't really understand your issue with your card being charged since you had a pet and you provided your card. But I would be happy to discuss this with you further if there is something I'm missing.
