"What a gem of a place, not easy to find but once you do it’s great with the perfect host Only one issue was the bath not holding the water which is an easy fix other than that I’d recommend the place without hesitation "

"Chambre propre.

"This property was a real unique find and was set in such a tranquil area. Beautiful, large, bedroom and bathroom all well furnished. A bonus was the swimming pool and gardens to relax in. Definitely worth a visit and the owners were charming and welcoming. "

"lovely place in the quiet countryside. only 10-15mins drive to the nearest town for restaurants, shops etc.. Perfect if you want to stay away from the traffic/town noise. I was only 30mins drive from Rennes which was perfect. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and their food is excellent. "

"Comfortable and quiet. Convenient to local sites."

"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. "Lovely stay at the gorgeously landscaped les Perrettes. Friendly hosts, happy and playful dogs in a serene setting. Very easy to get to and from the Centreville of Chateau-Gontier as well. Highly recommend as a great place to relax after a day of tourism"

"Beautiful property in historic French countryside manor. Quiet and peaceful... wish we had more time. Hope to go back sometime. Great for travelers moving between Paris and Brittany regions."
