My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff (shoutout to Cindy) was very helpful and accommodating to special requests, including private transportation to the airport and our next stay in Ninh Binh.
Good breakfast and rooftop bar. Decent size pool, as well as a full service spa.
Great location in Old Quarter close to Hoan Kiem Lake.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We have beeen travelling all around Vietnam and this is our favourite hotel. The location is fantastic and is close enough to everything without being completely in the middle of the centre. It’s not too loud with traffic which is amazing. This is the comfiest beds we have encountered and more importantly the pillows were amazing. All staff were kind and so helpful. We loved this hotel and would most definitely return. The WiFi and aircon were great and we are fussy about aircon !
