The website claims there is air conditioning. There is no air conditioning. The carpeting throughout the hotel is bad. The parking garage is quite scary. The hotel is in a great location and could really be nice with much needed updates and care.

Buena estancia mejorar el internet
El hotel tiene muy buenos servicios y atenciĆ³n, el desayuno bueno y sin complicaciones, solo debe mejorar en el acceso a Internet, debido a que dependiendo la hora tenĆ­a que acercarme a la puerta de mi habitaciĆ³n para tener mejor acceso, mi hab. fue la 348.

Very difficult to find. Address is only O'Higgins and not as mentioned on the website. Took me TWO hours to finf it. Otherwise good hotel.
