Absolutely the best hotel we have had in Vietnam! The staff are so so so helpful and they treat you like family! Just book them right now, don't think about it! If we visit condao, we will stay here again for sure! Thank you!

Despite not speaking English we managed to communicate effectively with the staff on reception who were very helpful. When I contacted the hotel via Hotels.com I was given information about getting to and from the airport and a shuttle was arranged for us. There was fresh fruit in our room on arrival and butler water was provided too. As a bonus, we had a bag of washing done free of charge too.

Breakfast was varied and very fresh. The room was excellent. Clean and extremely comfortable. Beautifully presented.

We stayed at Poulo Condor Boutique Resort and Spa for 5 days and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated with all amenities one could wish for. Staff was very courteous and helpful at all times - we received a warm welcome at the airport and were treated attentively throughout our entire stay. The beach was wonderful and I would highly recommend to feature it on the hotel website/description as it would have convinced me even more to stay at Poulo Condor Boutique...

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. We had a pool duplex beach front room and it was perfect. The staff are all friendly professional and really helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Great hotel on Conson Island. Very helpful staff.

Helpful staff who arranged moter bike rental and airport transfer, who even waved us off at 6am. When we asked to move room we were given a room with balcony which was really nice.
