"If I could give zero stars, I would. This place felt unsafe, unclean, and poorly maintained. The carpet was heavily stained throughout the hallway. The floor was very dirty. There were visible signs of ceiling leaks, and what appears to be black mold forming. The bathroom was in very poor condition—the sink had hair in it, the paint was chipped, and the tub showed similar wear and damage. The furniture was also in bad shape. The nightstand had peeling wood, and the mini fridge had rust-like buildup on top. There was a small bench in the room that was visibly stained and dirty. Safety was a major concern. While the main lock on the door worked, the deadbolt did not. The secondary/top security latch had been removed entirely. Additionally, there were two doors—one leading to the parking lot—that was not properly sealed, allowing outside light to come through. If my husband wasn't we me, I would have not stayed for the 1 night. Overall, this was not a safe or comfortable stay, and I would not recommend it. I took pictures just in case someone wants them!"

"Received a gift from the front desk upon check in .. Staff helpful, friendly and professional. Very nice property overall with breakfast, 24/7 refreshments and a designer lobby area .. Would visit again"

"Rooms were hot when we arrived. The drinking and coffee cups were not individually wrapped which meant no assurance of sanitation. The coffee nook looked looked like it used to be the closet. The light in the coffee nook was a battery powered light with dead batteries. The coffee basket had coffee sediment left from lack of cleaning. If all you are seeking is a place to sleep, this room will meet your needs. "

"$300 a night you should expect all amenities to work especially Air conditioning. Called front desk and he didn’t care. I told him I was gonna write a bad review, he said that’s fine."

"The hotel was nice but the bed in room 219 is like sleeping on a picnic table. I went to the couch at 3 am. Small couch and I’m a big guy. "

"Room was old, musty, and there was mold in the bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom were majorly cracked and made you feel as though you would fall through the floor. The towels are old and dingy and much to my surprise, a 4-5” pocket knife fell out of the towel I grabbed to dry off. If you prefer a clean place, this isn’t the one. "

"Bed was ok. Room needs a little maintenance though, just small things. Breakfast was usual hotel line up."
