"Das Personal war freundlich aber sehr unprofessionell. sauna und whirlpool Unbrauchbar. Zimmer i.o aber einfach. Umschwung wäre schön aber noch im Umbau. An sich wäre die Anlage schön aber leider schlecht gepflegt. Wir buchten 3 Nächte, reisten aber nach einer Nacht ab. Haben bei Hotel.com entsprechend reklamiert, da die Anlage eine 10 als Bewertung hatte. Mal schauen ob wir die 2 Nächte noch rückerstattet bekommen. Wenn nicht werden wir wohl nicht mehr bei hotel.com buchen"

"This is truly an absolutely unique and unreal place to stay. Our only regret was not staying longer. The pods are stunning and very comfortable with all little detail very well thought of. The owners are fantastic, very accommodating and hospitable. And we also loved the dogs. "The hotel is nice and the rooms were cleaned. However PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE AREA, Do NOT go inside the water, it’s contaminated and can lead to serious health problems. The surroundings are also not very safe so if you plan to stay in the hotel and enjoy the amenities that is great, but if you want to enjoy the beach, go to beaches in El Rodadero. This part of town is not the best in safety and the beaches are dirty. "

"The rooms and breakfast are very good. The location is good for the square and the port. The street outside the hotel isn't overly pleasant though. Whilst the rooms were very clean, the pool and the jacuzzi were less so with a thick layer of green scum on the latter."
