"Parking was excellent! Staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Shower in my room was somewhat temperamental - either polar bear or boiled lobster. But there was a happy medium and once found (through gentle and small changes on the dial) a good invigorating shower could be had. Breakfast was good and plentiful, with a lot of variety. Would I come again - Yes!"

"At check-in the staff were disinterested and while the room was basically clean it was cramped, shabby and the shower was in a poor state. The door came off it's runner, the drain cover was loose and the area around the drain was stained. The water from the sink hot tap was scaldingly hot and there was no warning of this. The room was too hot but it was extremely noisy outside and so we couldn't open the windows. The noise outside went on until well after midnight. After an active day outdoors I got very little sleep so cannot recommend staying here. Our room was nothing like the pictures on the website."

"Warning. Car parking is not free and is payable at all times. This is because it is managed by a third-party. Staff on arrival could have been polite and more helpful but reception staff were eventually welcoming. The room was clean and welcoming however not all windows had curtains so difficult to sleep. Breakfast - although it was individually plated and ordered, the food came as though it had been sucked for awhile."
