"Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely and helpful. Plentiful breakfast choices and a warm welcome every morning. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation "

We had a city view which is basically a wall. But given we didnt spend much time in the room (awake) it didn’t really matter. Location wise, in Como, there isn’t anywhere better."

"Loved Villa Flori. It was even nicer than the pictures. It is a high end luxury property without being overly stuffy. Would definitely stay there again. Also the included morning breakfast on the balcony over looking the lake was so exquisite it should definitely be taken into consideration as part of the price for the room. "
