Breakfast was considerably better than most hotels. They also had real apple turnover pastries. The property was in great shape. I got to meet the owner. He is a genuinely nice person and also an Army Veteran. For me, there is no other place to stay when I am in Appleton! "

"The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix "
