No happy with one thing - the over fussy service. Somehow world standards don't fit in a chilled holiday resort. If a want a beer, I dont need to be shown to a seat by one person asked what I want by a 2nd and then wait to pay a 3rd. Spending 20 minutes having a 5 minute drink? No.

Excellent hotel, with great amenities, very friendly staff and great food. Hotel is located on the hill overlooking the port of Mgarr so is easy to catch the ferry to the mainland should you wish. The hotel offers a free mini bus service to Victoris, the capital of Gozo which is useful, however should you not wish to use this service, public transport is very reliable. As a solo female traveller this hotel was absolutely perfect, the staff were not only friendly but genuinely happy and interesting. The pilates was brilliant, the drinks and food faultless. I felt like the hotel went above and beyond and 100% recommend it and stay again.

I don't think I've ever stayed in such a lovely hotel. Absolutely everything has been thought of. The staff, especially the owners were friendly and very helpful indeed. It is a new hotel and is beautifully furnished and decorated with lovely light and airy public areas

I stay in a few hotels & This is only based on my room (7). This is a very well presented hotel. Outstanding value for money. Amazing comfy bed nice fixtures & fittings. My only issues were that no matter how careful you are when showing the water gets all over the floor due to no shower screen so you have to mop up the floor with towels after (had baths the next two mornings) The other was the toilet sits too high I'm 5'11 and found that you cannot sit and relax!!! A perfect place to escape the crowds and relax in a tranquil and beautiful environment. Being on top of a plateau near the beautiful white cliffs on the southern coast of Gozo gives breathtaking views of Gozo, Comino and Malta, as well as meaning there's always a cooling breeze. An absolutely outstanding hotel. Recently totally refurnished and the results are clear to see. Seaview is a very modern hotel, awesome location overlooking the bay, spectacular facilities with the rooftop views and affinity pool is especially attractive and the room was very well laid out and equipped. The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to assist. Parking onsite was excellent and made it very easy to access hotel. I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back sometime...

Perfect hotel for wedding party!

Massimo's property is a really lovely place to end the day and relax. Breakfast was perfect to get us fueled up for a long day of walking ahead! Beautiful view from the bedroom balcony and great communication from a wonderful host. Taxi's are easy around Gozo, but when visiting Victoria the bus is also convenient.

We went back to the Pergola after staying there last year when we were diving. We decided to go back again, but went n a slightly bigger budget and a bigger room. While the room was undoubtedly nicer, the bathroom was a bit cramped, but I'm afraid the big let down was that the air conditioning didn't work. If anything, it made the room hotter! We did raise this with reception who advised us that there were problems with the aircon, but it wasn't fixed during our stay, which is why the room...

The hotels rooms clean comfy modern all with balconies sea views great place, transport good and a short walk for ferry over to Gozo, would certainly go back and recommend to friends and family.

Lovely hotel very comfy and the staff were lovely especially at breakfast.

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Room was cleaned multiple times a day and even got a free upgrade. Facilities were clean and good. Plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stops right outside.

Lovely hotel , Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location , very pleased with our room ,nice touch DVD player in your room and a choice of films at reception . Breakfast excellent full English or continental self service all you can eat .First time in Malta , hope to return and will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our week in the Kempinski. The junior suite was very spacious with a beautiful bathroom with bath and shower. Staff were friendly and attentive, lots of foreign students. The restaurants were a little expensive but that is the downside of 5* hotels! The pools worked well with 2 having lots of kids and one with almost none so this pool was quiet.
