"This little known gem, situated about 10 minutes from Egletons on the D16, in the delightfully rural Correze, is well worth a visit. If it’s peace, calm and tranquility you seek - this is it. Relatively unknown to the English (we were the first English to stay here) it’s well worth a visit. The hosts are very welcoming and speak English. The facilities are superb - we just wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Parking was full so had to leave on the road with lots of wedding bits inside. Hotel ok but tired. Room basic. No water or tea facility. Restaurant overpriced and under whelming. I had a local dish. Local Sausage and mash. Basic sausage and mash tasted like smash. Dried potatoes. Felt a bit money grabbing. "

"What a lovely place and lovely people. We slept and ate and all was perfect. Quiet and comfortable room, very clean and large enough for two. Breakfast was self service with good quality choice and produce. The restaurant was fantastic, fresh ingredients on all courses, beautifully cooked and served accompanied with a well chosen wine. Well worth the visit. Thanks"

"Absolutely stunning hotel in every way. Superb staff, huge room with really comfortable beds, fabulous views, excellent food. We were a group of 5 and spent 4 nights and would have loved more. The setting is gorgeous, with extensive terraces for lounging around and eating dinner. There's a wonderful heated swimming pool and a tennis court. "The location was good, easy walking, parking across the street. The only issue was it was a top floor room without air-conditioning. To be fair, it was much warmer than usual in the area. "
