"Tried to change rooms because I needed two beds. We told because I used a third party and prepaid I couldn’t be helped. Asked for clean towels and didn’t receive. Asked for the refrigerator to be replaced because the motor was loud. No hot water the last day. Breakfast was late on our last day. Staff was not willing to help."

"We actually picked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool. When we got there early we could not check early on a late Monday morning and we were NOT informed that the pool was empty and not available to use via the website nor when we checked in. Our entire party was very disappointed. Also the A/C unit was unusually loud and the room was very humid the entire time. "

"If you are there for construction work and just a place to lay your head it was fine. However for a family that went to college orientation- not so nice. Cheap. It was somewhat clean but not nice. The parking lot was dark- no lighting and get unsafe."

"I stayed 2 nights 2 years ago and paid $25 total for both nights for my small dog. Last year i was told they were not charging anymore for pets. This year they charged me $25 for both nights total $50. The carpet in my room was filthy. The carpet on the staircase was so badly worn it was frayed and sticking up on the steps which is a tripping hazard. "
