"We had a quick overnight stay. Checked in late, but was greeted by very friendly staff. Our room was extremely clean and spacious. The hotel was close to all the restaurants and Tarleton State University. Definitely would stay here again; great hotel for the price!"

"Hands down, this place is absolutely amazing! My family of 4 stayed in Stephenville for a soccer tournament and we chose this place to stay based off of other reviews - and I am so glad we did! Not only is the staff incredibly nice and welcoming, the hotel is clean, safe, and has lots of additional amenities. The pool area is very nice and has an area where you can get up chairs/setting outside the pool area - this allowed us to watch our kids without having to worry about being splashed by all the kids. The cherry on top was the fact that 2 days before our stay, my husband called and asked if they would be able to do a little something in the room to make our daughter feel special since it was her birthday the day we arrived - & boy did they come through! They had a large “Happy Birthday” banner, 2 large helium balloons, and a personalized birthday card from the staff. I wish I had a way to upload the picture of the setup they did because it really warmed our hearts to see how much care & work they put into doing that for her! Highly recommend!! "

"Although this is a older establishment, it has been lovingly remodeled and decorated. It is similar to what was once called a 'tourist court' back in the 40s & 50s. But that suits me just fine. It fills the bill for an overnight stay, as long as a person isn't overly picky. I've stayed in fancy places from LA to NYC and metro areas in between, but a little place like this has a nostalgic appeal that hard to beat."
