An excellent hotel with chalet-style accommodation. Within easy reach of Bariloche town centre and the Llao Llao area by both bus and private transport. Very welcoming and friendly staff and large rooms / chalets. A very good breakfast is included and the on site restaurant serves good food and has excellent lake views. There are other restaurants and a small shop within walking distance. There is a heated outdoor pool and also access to the beach.

The hotel was beautiful and much more than a ‘corporate’ Radisson Blu hotel. The room had a beautiful view, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice because the food was so good.

Excellent. Clean. Well laid out. Good breakfast. Lovely staff.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting by the river. Great views in both directions. Giselle, the owner, was very friendly & helpful. My partner & I speak very little Spanish, but Giselle’s team did all they could to assist us in English. Super service l! Would we go there again? In a trice!!!

This hotel lived up to eveything we had hoped and more. The staff were lovey and the location was just fantastic. We very much enjoyed evening swims watching the sun go down and the stars sparkle across the mountains. We would definitely come here again!

Beautiful views, friendly staff and the quality of the food was excellent

Excellent hotel. I arrived before check in time but they checked me in straight away. Large room (which I think are all the same apart from the presidential suite), sofa, table, fridge, large bed with choose of pillows, patio door onto swimming pool. Large bathroom, separate bath and shower. Breakfast served in the bar room with large range of hot and cold food. Close to airport but a good walk into Neuquen.

Llao Llao is set between the mountains and lakes near to Bariloche. The setting is tranquil, yet residents have the ability to participate in many different types of sports or activities. The support teams and staff at the hotel provide a world class srevive.

Wonderful hotel - the warmth & helpfulness of staff throughout our stay was first class. Good size room that included a jacuzzi. Everything just worked well.

The hotel staff were fabulous, the rooms were large and beds comfortable. The hotel is a bit worn round the edges (the gym especially needs some investment) but it’s overall charming. The food was great, especially the breakfast! Will definitely come back.

Great place to stay. Owner is super helpful and friendly and made to feel so welcome. We loved the cottage!
