Breakfast was not well keep, ran out of items, how can you run out of coffee. Oven broke and did not have any hot items, went down and they didn’t have any orange juice.
Asked for towels, had to get my own.
Was renovating, did not advise. Probably would not stay there again.

Large pieces of broken glass on the floor outside the closet. Room carpeting was noticeably unvacuumed with plastic tags on the floor from new clothing of previous inhabitant. The safe was also not working.
Called the front desk, described my issues, requested another room. Desk manager came up, apologized, handed me a key for a room on a different floor. I showed him the glass he really didn’t care so much nor did anyone help us move to the other room. We made 2 trips, no big deal.
Not cheap but relatively not expensive, comes with breakfast, there’s a shuttle for restaurant travel, but the hotel is very tired and staff is touch and go. No housekeeping or water bottle replacement on Sundays.
It’s a bargain for families with young kids because of the breakfast.
No one should ever have broken glass on the floor of their room.
