"Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner."

"Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down to get them as nobody was working other than the front desk person. Asked why no room service or at least necessities replenished by day 3 and they told us they only do room service after 3 days so would be there once we check out AFTER the 3rd night! Ridiculous. My wife told the front desk we checked in on the Hilton app and had the digital keys and asked for physical ones as well and they said “you’ll be fine with the digital ones if you just use them”. The room was so dark it was like nothing I’ve ever seen at a hotel. 1 of the 2 elevators worked the whole time. Not a massive deal but just compounded all of the other problems. Just really, really disappointed in this property and stay and feel for what we paid, we did not get our money’s worth and could have had the same treatment at a cheap dive motel for much cheaper! Certainly not Hampton Inn & Suites level quality, that’s for sure."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I did find quite a bit of hair around my room, and the toilet ran all night because the chain had popped off. Easy fix once I realized what it was, but I did notice where the chain goes was fully rusted out. Breakfast was just okay, but I appreciate it being part of the stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and will definitely be back."

"Cons..... this was a prepaid reservation but the front desk charged me a second time saying my payment was just a hold to reserve the room. She was quite rude about it even after I showed her the paid receipt and she still charged us. We got in at 1 am after driving a long way and was told if I didn't pay they wouldn't give us the room. Then I called hotels.com so they could fix the issue. They spoke with the front desk who saw that we were in fact double charged and credited the second charge. Unfortunately they credited the wrong card so I had to stand at the front desk and call hotels.com again because the hotel couldn't fix the issue. This was a huge inconvenience because we were on a strict schedule to get where we were going and this delayed us 2 hours. Pros...... the morning staff was excellent, the location is convenient, the room was quiet and pretty clean, (some misc hairs in the bathroom). Summary..... it would have been a great place to stay if the night shift knew what they were doing and weren't so rude. We must likely wouldn't stop here again because of this issue."
